A successful candidate will demonstrate ability to review and assemble completed field reports of investigation (ROIs) for compliance with national standards and customer requirements.
Review of ROIs will be done to ensure stringent quality assurance standards to include coverage and accuracy with minimal oversight and guidance.
Works to deadlines and guides cases to timely closure.
Specific duties may include:
Communicates regularly with field staff regarding any case items/issues.
May assist with quality audits.
Maintains knowledge and familiarity with customer case requirements.
Assists the field investigations unit in reworking deficient cases.
Uses the Internet to research addresses and phone numbers.
Identifies and tracks common trends for reopens and communicates trends to program team.
Assists in identifying information that needs to be discussed with customer for clarification.
Works closely with the program team and investigators to complete cases to client specifications and timeliness parameters.
Serves as a coverage SME, providing clarification to the field staff concerning deficiency notifications.
May assist with additional duties related to the core job duties as tasked.
Experience:
Experience with PAPERPROOF or DCSA is preferred.
Preferred experience would include:
Strong analytical skills, and comfortable with financial and operations analyses.
Demonstrated skills in planning and organizing a project.
Experience developing controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate operational performance and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Qualifications Requires proof of successful completion of a NIT approved reviewer/closer training course.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience minimum.
Must be detail oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot.
Must demonstrated ability to work well with others, lead effectively when needed, work independently, and manage multiple complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Advanced skills in MS-Office products including MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
