- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs - Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration - Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans - Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times - Promote independence and community integration for individuals under your care - Document and maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents
Qualifications:
